Hi Tom
My name is Pat Schouten-My call is K7LNP...and I am the customer that Ed at WeCanDo
Radio had your 2 element 11 meter beam made for.
I have been an active ham for 34+ years, and I am also active on 11 meters....it is the place
where I go my start in radio... And I am still there:):)
I have a large tower up at my location, but I wanted a small 11 meter beam. Ed at WeCanDo
has been a personal friend of mine for years, and when I told him what I was looking for, you
and him came through for me....
Ed put up the antenna at his location, and we did several on the air tests, and that small
antenna does an outstanding job....I was quit surprised how well it did for just having 2
elements.....
While I will use it on 11 meters... I am active on 10 meters...and sometimes a CB antenna just
works better....
Ed has an Icom 736, and his auto antenna tuner tunes that antenna in a heartbeat on 10
meters...
The antenna is up at his location, and we are going to put it up here very soon, if winter does
not catch up with us too soon...
I just wanted to take the time and tell you thanks...and let you know that having Ed Overfield
represent your fine products is a great service....
Ed is one of the most honest people I have ever met...he can talk to the average guy and
make that person understand complicated concepts....and he represents your products and
company in a very professional manner...
I thank you both, and I will take some pictures of the antenna when it is up at my location....
The best to both of you,
Sincerely,
Pat Schouten - K7LNP

Thank you Tom for an outstanding antenna. Your antenna goes together like my pool stick,
simple and effective. Hope to do a lot more business with you.

Hi Tom
Francis Dearth here from Danville, IL. I have had a Charles Gizmotchy™ off and on for
over 41 years. This new one is my third one. (There isn't anything we can add to this
customers comments, if there is an older customer out there please contact us)

You have to be "Very Proud" to only have something go wrong in "40 Years Of Service". Just
Twice. That is more than outstanding my friend. With a record like that, it should not be
surprising to you that I've been one customer that has been 100% pleased with your beams
for 40 YEARS now!! And I can not see any reason at all to change anything now!! Well,
except to add another booster set to what I have now!!I Stay with what works and the
Gizmotchy "WORKS" !!!
On Sunday October 17, 2004 I got a very good surprise. You'll like this too.
I got a break from "Unit 541-Charlie in Panama". He said "you are giving me a 9 over 20 on
my meter, very loud and very clear" What more can you ask for? I went back to him and
talked for 10 minutes "No problem" I had him the same as he had me too. His antenna was
a "4 Element Charles Gizmotchy™ Beam" and was running barefoot. WOW For me the
beam was eighteen feet off the ground with a "Mobile Radio" with a hand held mic and
barefoot too!
Needless to say Tom, I am wearing a smile from ear to ear! Well, we now know that
someone in Panama has a 4 Element Charles Gizmotchy™ beam now.

All is well and wet in Georgia. We are winding up our year building pools and thought I
would say hello. Also, you need to inform the world that our 12 Element Charles
Gizmotchy™ antenna withstood 4-MAJOR hurricanes this summer, Ivan being the worst,
and are still in great shape! 60-80 MPH winds here in North Georgia. UNBELIEVABLE!
Tom we saw the back of the beam nearly touch the front! Now that is quality!

Great Stuff! Got eight elements up yesterday and this is the finest antenna I have ever
experienced. The difference between six and eight elements is pronounced. I live about
65 miles south of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro mess and usually had to run a large amount
of power to be heard up there. Tonight the guys in the big city said I was louder than ever
before. Put it together according to the instruction and the SWRs were flat on both the
vertical and the flat side with no adjustments to the gammas at all. Damnedest thing I ever
saw. Usually have to spend a couple of hours dinking with the SWRs. Will send photos as
soon as they are developed. All my best

Mr. Charles
Greetings from Iowa again! I wanted to write you again to let you know how this 6 element
Charles Gizmotchy™ is performing. With this beam and your fine tuned schematics, I
put a lot of people in the red no mater where the DX is coming from. Europe, the United
States, Australia, South America, the southern tip of Africa or New Zealand, it makes no
difference.
The best beam before, could not get thru barefoot like the Charles Gizmotchy™.
Locally I can talk up to 145 miles. I have had all types of vertical and horizontal beams
and they don't compare to the 6 element Charles Gizmotchy™
Other stations I talk to often ask me what I run for an antenna. Of course I tell them what it
is and what it looks like. They ask me if they are still being made. When I tell them that I
am running just a mobile radio with a desk mike and no power they start asking for your
address and phone number. Hopefully you are getting a lot of orders. It's my way of
saying a big "thank you".
